How to moisturize your skin in autumn and winter

Dry and cold season is coming again, your skin will becomes even dry, and have to resist the damage by cold air. At this time, do not forget to moisturize your skin. Unlike moisturizing in summer, moist in autumn and winter is complicate. If you don't know how to moisture you skin in this dry and cold season, the following tips will tell you a lot.

1. Warm the skin care products before applying them

You are not recommended to apply any skin care products directly on face, because directly put then on face cannot absorbed by skin, and what's more, it will hurt your skin. This is the same to moisturizers, directly applying moisturizer on face will let the essence evaporate before the skin can fully absorb nutrition from it, and will let you skin become more dry.

So when applying moisturizers, put it on your palms and make it warmer (about 30seconds), then you can applied it gently on face. In this way, you can make moisturizer fully absorbed by skin.

2. Repair damaged skin in sleeping time

The night is the best time to repair dry and damaged skin. After returning home, give yourself a big shower, and then begin skin care as the pores on your body are fully opened now! Essence in skin care products can absorbed even by deep layer skin. Drink a cup of milk will not only let you have a good sleep, but also help skin cell to repair damaged skin. When wake up, you will see a smooth and moisture face without dark circles and fine lines.

3. Show more attention to skin clear in morning
                                                  After a night, you skin become moisture, you have to keep skin moist all the day. In the morning skin care routine, you have to use at least three types of moisturizing products, like moisturizing lotion, moisturizing eye cream, skin milk, etc.

4. Have a healthy diet, eat more fruit, vegetables and flower tea

The afternoon tea is always cakes and milky tea, in order to moisturize the skin, why don't you eat low-calorie fruit instead of those high-calorie snacks? Like apples, bananas, they are rich in moisture and contains whitening ingredient, which can providing moisture to your skin.

Drinking a certain amount of water is the basic steps for moisture. Office is always a dry place, you can choose to drink different kinds of flower tea instead of pure water, like roses and chrysanthemum, which can help beautifying your skin.
