“Never try to be better than someone else,
always learn from others, and never cease trying to be the best you can be
because that’s under your control. And if you get too engrossed and involved
and concerned in regard to things over which you have no control, it will
adversity affect the things over which you have control.”
A wise woman won’t do that and will only
focus on what she is doing. Instead of spending time on others, you’d better
spend more time on yourself, learn a new language, starting yoga class or
reading a book. You will feel more confident and beatific. Happiness is a state
of mind; not a state of size. And we can waste 90% of our lives being miserable
because we disdain who we are!
Body weight, clothes, hair, makeup, these
are constant issues in the lives of women. We worry about them and spend
countless hours fretting over them. Stop thinking in that way, there is a
saying goes that “A woman is beautiful for their cuteness, not cute for their
beauty”. Just be the way you are, do what you think is right. Don’t hide
yourself too much, it will make you tired. Be true to everything, people will
motivate by you and like you.
Stop watching rail-thin movie stars and
trying to attain the unattainable. Many of the same women you are trying to
emulate are trying to emulate someone else! When you choose to only compete
with yourself and not others, you place the responsibility of success on your
shoulders, and at the same time allow yourself the opportunity to discover
great contentment upon reaching your goals.
