The standard of woman’s beauty was quite different with the time of our mothers, women show more attention to the body style, hair, dress and so on, we can say 8 out of 10 are not satisfied with their appearance.
Thus we need full-time hairdressers, make-up artists, physical trainers, and dietitians just to attempt to keep up. In my opinion, these are not true beauty. Each one is beauty if you love your body. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder", but don’t forget that we are the beholders.

I want to say “Watch your body, it become youthful and beautiful”. How?
1. Don’t let your weight or shape keep you from activities that you enjoy. Try ballet, tai chi, yoga or some other movement that is fluid and allows your body to respond in beautiful new ways.
2. Wear comfortable clothes that you like, that express your personal style, and that feel good to your body. If you aren’t a natural at dressing to suit your body type, age, and color, find someone to help you find clothing highlight the beauty inside of you.
3. Don’t overdo it with make-up. Make sure your make-up doesn’t look dated, too heavy, or just wrong. Sometimes we get stuck in make-up ruts. A new look can highlight your most beautiful features.
4. Skin care is necessary for woman. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars to do surgery, you can buy some basic skin care products to help you keep youth. Cleansers, exfoliants, sunscreens, and a hydrator/moisturizer are the bare minimums.
●Cleansers should be liquid and chosen based on your skin type.
●Exfoliants allow your skincare products to work more effectively because they able to penetrate deeper into the skin after dead, flaky skin cells are removed.
●Sunscreen is necessary EVERY DAY, hether it is sunny or cloudy. Sun is the number one cause of many skin conditions and aging.
●A hydrator/moisturizer should be chosen based on your skin type and needs.
5. Keep those good habits. Stop smoking, eat healthy and get enough sleep every day.
6. Your age doesn’t define you or your capacity for beauty. In fact, age ripens you and provides lushness to your bad, beautiful self! Live the age you feel.
